I designed this 4-week challenge to shred fat, build lean muscle mass and get you CUT. All levels can participate in this challenge - no matter what level you’re at in your training, you’ll still build muscle mass and shred fat. If you know me, you know this is NOT about aesthetics, it’s about FEELING your best. The holiday season is behind us, and it’s time to enter this new year with new goals. Let’s get together and start this new year off on the right foot. Disclaimer: I created this program as a general guideline for someone who wants to see results within a short period of time. Many factors can affect this program: your sex, your height, your weight, your goals, etc. This is meant to be your workout guide while following my Cut Challenge program and working specifically towards gaining muscle mass and losing fat. You cannot follow this way of eating exercising forever as it is meticulous and restrictive, which will be difficult to sustain long term. In the following pages you will see the exercises I use in order to achieve the desired physique of this program. It’s all about your comfort level, modifications are encouraged if you feel the workout isn't suited for your body. Before starting ANY of my programs, I advise that you check with your doctor and make sure you are healthy and able to do so.

It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
